I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Salvation Army (Columbus, GA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview was short and to the point. The captain is very dry and not very personable so it was difficult to gauge how well the interview went. I was able to discuss my thesis and how it compared to the homeless shelter program he was describing to me so I felt he understood that I had more than a basic understanding of the job and its requirements.
