I submitted this resume through Omnicom's website via Indeed. I heard back within a week to set up a phone interview. Within that day (or two days) I heard back for a face-to-face interview, to be set up for that Friday. I was offered the job the following week.

Interview
Overall straight forward. Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a bonus, but they understand the JAM role is entry level so work ethic and attitude can play a large role.

What is an example of a time where you had to overcome adversity?
Only got a phone interview. Asked a few questions about my background and how it prepared me for the job. Let me ask a few questions. Never got a call or email back however.
