Interview
The whole process was one of the smoothest and most cordial I've experienced. I started off with a timed writing test, which was relatively manageable, and proceeded with the interview portion (my pitches + general qns) with the 2 HODs. Basically, if you've got good vibes, and ofc decent writing skills, you're in.
Heavily portfolio-focused, so bring a strong set of writing samples. Lots of questions about personality, interests, and I feel like they genuinely want to understand what you want out of the internship. They also try to align their needs with yours. Be prepared to pitch articles as well.
