The recruiter explained the process was to screen a large number of candidates into a final interview group. He then proceeded to give background on the company and stated that he was looking for a personality fit with the remainder of the organization.
Next, he asked me about my background, style of management and what sort of position I was looking for. He also asked what my strongest and weakest traits were.
Lastly, he asked whether there were any questions I may have of him.
After that, the interview was ended.
