Question 1
We want to grow our organization on a large scale. How can you do that for us?
How can you live with yourself individually and as an organization by giving and agreeing to the Salary Range, Medical Benefits- Reimbursement, and a Commission/Bonus Structure based on Sales Volume, and then you come back at less then half the known Salary at $60K, never mentioned Benefits reimbursement, and stating you'd offer me 10-15% Commission on everything I sold? Counter Offer- Response- Owner states that's a fair offer.
I'd like to know how you provide the numbers I was given and discussed with you by the firm you retained, and how on earth do you not only make the recruiter/firm look bad, but you should flat out be embarrassed am humilated that you not only affected my life, cost me money, and my family, but not honored anything provided by you to the firm you retained. My question is why? Not a fair offer cuts it. Why did you put a firm and recruiters and hung them out to dry, and why and how could you do that to them? and me?
