I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Springs Resort in Jan 2022
Interview
It took 4 hours , general manager is a bad leader..he was asking really invasive questions and gossiped about previous employees most of the time. Told me my 15 years experience wasn't enough for a generalist. Asked what role I envisioned, he laughed at it and then 2 weeks later see an ad online for that exact role after I declined his offer for way less than what I expected and requested.

Question 1
What was my GPA in high school after being out for 20 years.
He asked the same questions for 4 hours
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at The Springs Resort
Interview
Went through an online process that began by asking candidates to fill out a very detailed online questionnaire via survey monkey. The questions, some were general, but many were specific to the property. I would guess that this process would take between 1-2 hours to do a reasonable job, it took me more like 3 hours. Received an auto reply afterwards saying that only qualified applicants would be contacted. After about 3 weeks I received a reply requesting an interview. Scheduled the interview immediately and had a 1-hour skype call. Again, specific questions to the property, asking what I would do about this challenge, etc. Seemed to go well. Although interviewers claimed that the need was immediate and I would know soon if I was a finalist, weeks passed again (follow-up e-mails at 1 day and two weeks were unanswered). Received a call about 5 weeks later stating I was a finalist and asking to schedule an in-person interview and site tour on property. On-property interview seemed to go well, but once again, follow-up e-mails (1 day, 2 weeks and 2 months) were unanswered. Never heard another word.
