I went into headquarters to meet with two different people, and had half hour interviews with both. They were very welcoming, and gave me a tour of the building as well as being very open and nice during the interview process.

Reached out to a recruiter to apply. First-round was through hirevue, basic behavioral questions (Why TJX?). Heard back within the week for the second round in-person interview at their corporate offices. This consited of 2 interviews and 1-panel discussion. The two interviews are to get to know you, gauge your interest in off-price retail, and see if you will fit in with the culture, which is what they pride themselves on. Interviewed on a Tuesday and reveived the offer on Friday.
