3 Rounds, 2 virtual and 1 onsite. Mostly questions around why you want to work here/in the industry. Behavioral questions around how you work best and some scenario questions. The final round was onsite with team members and the managing partners. Overall, a very personal approach and easy to speak with.

Interview
I very recently went through the interview process at Travillian and found it to be more personal, genuine, and reflective than typical interview processes at large corporations. I was able to meet and interact with all members of the team, and made to feel comfortable presenting concerns or uncertainties. The entire process felt mutually beneficial to determine if the opportunity made sense for both parties, rather than a stressful ‘selling myself’ scenario. Great experience overall.
