Very standard interview process. Although it did take some time for the organization to respond to my initial application. Everyone was professional and pleasant, in the end another opportunity came up for me so I decided not to take the position with the agency.

Interview
Interviewée was extremely warm, felt like a video call with an old friend. They answered all my questions honestly and could provide evidence based responses. They were also amazing at giving me a reasonable timeline of when a decision would be made, and the best way to contact me regardless of any results.
