First interview by phone then two rounds of interviews with different people across the organization. A project assignment that was interesting but not short. More rigorous than any other job interview I've done

Are you comfortable working in an environment where suicide and crisis come up frequently?
I had an initial phone interview and then there was a project assignment and I interviewed with three more people. Everyone was really smart and passionate. It seemed like a lot but I'm glad they put the time into picking the right people.
