I interviewed at The Tutor Trust (Manchester, England)
Interview
Single interview with 2 people asking why I wanted to be a tutor, what I thought it would take and a role play scenario where you answered a pre-prepared subject question
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A role play scenario where the interviewers mimicked being tutees
Fairly simple. A few questions about yourself and experiences in teaching, and then a tutorial lesson to see how you teach and handle different students i.e attentive, distracted, etc. Overall, they are checking your ability to improvise
