phone interview first, than comes one onsite interview. Casual talk about math skills and previous tutoring experience. There is a 6-month commitment required. All very easy questions. After the interview there will be a training section for about 2 hours before I start work.

Interview
I already had the job. It was a formality. Awesome!!!! I was working as the resident astronomer at the Latitude Observatory. I gave a presentation where my current employer heard me speak. I asked him if he was hiring and he sought me out a few days later at the observatory and asked if I would consider working for him.
