First you take a math assessment, and if you score an 80% or higher they call you back for an in person interview. It was a simple, straightforward interview. They asked a bit about experience and academic history.
Some behavioral, some technical. Very basic math as a baseline. They do check your resume and ask you about your experience. I can't speak much about anything else. Mostly asked about academic experience and experience with kids.

easy as long you understand math k-12th, you will be fine most of it is just proving you can understand and do the math. They do have other subjects as well but they were not prioritized as much as math
