The Twelve Thirty Club interview questions

Zoom meeting. It is organized and kind and has a warm atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience! I recommend this to anyone looking for this department—a few of those typical first interview questions.

I applied online and received an interview request within a day. I had an interview the next day and the woman was extremely dismissive from the moment I sat down she never made eye contact and only asked me two questions. I was in the building less than 5 minutes. I have over 10 years in the restaurant industry, 2 years in management, 2 years serving in downtown Nashville. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I should not have been invited for an interview if I was not going to be interviewed properly. I dressed in all black professionally. I can only assume that I was prejudged based on the color of my skin. I must not have looked the part of what they are going for unfortunately. I do not appreciate the dismissiveness from the manager nor the lack of an interview. I am overly qualified for the position. I remained respectful and kept a smile on my face, but this was not a great experience I have never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected.
