Interview
Short interview with franchisee where little questions were asked and was offered a position immediately. Started working within two weeks after the interview. Interview didn't feel like much of an interview at all.
They ask a lot about situations with customers, and what you would do. Reply with empathy and understanding when it comes to an angry customer as that’s what’s important in customer service. They also asked how you handle a rush, answer that you don’t get overwhelmed and it’s important to you to keep a level head.
The process was fairly straightforward. I had an initial interview over the phone followed by a second interview in person. They asked me about my qualifications and gave me an overview of the position.

Online video interview that lasted under 15 minutes. The interviewer as easy going and gave time to answer questions. It was simple enough to where I felt good afterwards. The questions were all expected as I prepared before hand.
