Unprofessional.
They post jobs using different accounts instead of going through their main profile and proper channels, only to change them later. Additionally, after successfully passing the rigorous tests on their Smile and Hire platform, the interviewer I spoke with barely had any knowledge of the actual job, yet dismissed me for being 'inexperienced.'

Interview
I applied for this role; they didn’t explicitly state that they only hire Filipinos. Well, I applied, did several tests and then did their 15 minutes interview, and was told I wasn’t hired. Get this; they wanted someone with 1 year experience; I had 4 in the exact position but I got told in the rejection email, “we went with someone whose skills were more closely aligned”. What?

Interview
The interviewer just kept making all attempts to discredit my experience and CV, no relevant questions to the job advertised. I answered but he still kept sounding disapproving. I was disappointed. Isn’t the job of the recruiter to ask questions? Why make derogatory statements?
