The open interview process was very straightforward and received an offer a few days later. I am a new grad and this was my first time interviewing for an RN position. They have a few managers from different floors present.

Interview
Had a call within a week for an interview. Interview was approx 30 mins. Went over the company and hospital. Then a few quick “what would you do” hypothetical questions. Recruiter from hospital called me on my way home. No room to negotiate wage though, based on yrs of experience.
