Applied for the job online on a Sunday. Got a call from the future store manager on a Monday night. This was for a location that wouldn't be opening up until August (applied in July). Manager asked me standard questions such as customer service and passion for the health industry. He liked what I had to say and told me that they are having a job fair at a location on Wednesday and that he will be there. I went to the location and had a one on one interview with the manager. Basic questions again and some were about the types of customers, helping with inventory, what a normal day would look like. The district manager was there so he said since I was there, I will have an interview with him. I interviewed with the district manager and he asked me questions about previous angry customers and how to make sure they are happy. Just normal customer service questions about customer interaction. Was told he would have his decision by Friday (interviewed Wednesday) and didn't here back. My guess is I didn't get it.
