I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Waterworks in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview consisted of two sessions, each about 30 minutes in length. The interviewers were pleasant and asked typical questions for the most part. One question was quite vague and when I asked for the interviewer to elaborate/clarify, they did not do much to guide me. Additionally, I was told I would hear back with a decision and was never contacted. Even after following up with both interviewers post interview. This is very unprofessional and the industry standard is to let people know, even if it's a rejection.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Waterworks (Worthington, OH) in Aug 2019
Interview
I did a phone interview with human resources, then was invited to a formal interview. The interview was very straightforward, and covered all the key points such as pay, benefits, and shift. I liked that it wasn't a long drawn out process. We spoke of my experience, and I was given information about what the job entails. I'm happy to say I got the job!

Interview
A very professional experience. Interviews can be overwhelming at times, but I did not experience during the interview. They explained the position and the Company’s expectation thoroughly. I got to meet with employees who would work closely to this position.
