Multiple phone interviews and an assignment, there was very little communication between interviews and oftentimes I had to reach out a few weeks later to see if there were any next steps. I was initially told they wanted to make a hire within a month... almost two months later and I was still interviewing. The worst part was after all the interviews and assignment I simply got a copy and paste "no" email from the recruiting team - nothing from the hiring manager. Felt very disrespectful after all the time I had spent talking to the team.
