The Winn-Dixie Company interview questions

first round was behavioral, second round was more technical. interviewed by people who were going to be directly on my team. there are some interns that also went through a final HR round.

I was referred by a current employee. They mostly asked very basic interview questions, like what made me interested in the position. Seemed very focused on attendance questions and situational questions to determine how I would react. They did not seem prepared for negotiations on the pay rate and had to get back to me.
