Based on other experiences shared mine was similar. Best word to describe would be bizarre. Out of the blue I get an eMail expressing interest in interviewing for a position. I am familiar with the company and after additional research was very interested in working with The Wonderful Company. I replied back my interest and was asked to provide a time for a phone interview on the recruiter's calendar - all set. Nope, interviewer rescheduled a short time before the appointment and I quickly accepted the new time. My next message was the interview was cancelled. I waited a short while to see if she would reschedule and when I did not hear anything I inquired to see if there was still interest or not. Her reply was she was still interested and asked for times I was available. Of course I responded with available times for the entire week but I did not get a reply. Rude? Maybe. Inconsiderate of the time of others? Possibly. Bizarre? Most definitely.
