Took a day out to attend the interview and was really keen to work for them. Arrived in another town and waited about half an hour. The chap invited me in to a room. Barely asked any questions, didn't look at my CV, then said 'I think you're over qualified for this role but I have another I would like you to consider' never told me what and I never heard from them again. Thanks.

hard to describe but not hard to do, was a bit unorthodox kind of just got told what the job was then asked if i wanted it! basic questions, then a floor walk with expectations listed
