Interview
Started with a behavioural interview on the deck, after some conversation, we moved on to a wet-skills screening. Throughout the interview, the interviewer was very friendly and helpful. Following the interview, I was given many tips on how to improve for a second interview.

Interview
It was a casual conversational interview where they collected certification records, conducted their internal swim test, and asked basic questions. Questions were primarily personality based. The interview was only one round - certification test was done by a 3rd party at the YMCA site.
Just a standard interview talking about strengths, weaknesses, hobbies, and dealing with conflict. After that I was given a tour of the facility. The interviewer was friendly and informative. Overall positive experience.
