It was long. It was a 3 month process. I only heard from anyone about where in the hiring process they were because I asked. Luckily I am a current employee so I was able to ask my supervisor. I didn't like that the current employees had to apply for what would be a promotion. I was told at the interview that I would hear with in a week, eitherway. After a week I finally asked my supervisor. She told me I took 3rd, I interviewed well and I answered the questions perfectly, but I should have emphasized in my application/cover letter that I supervised staff in summer camp.
