I applied for the position online through a job posting board, waited a few weeks, and then I received a call/email asking me to come in for an interview the next week. The interview consisted of myself, the Program Director, and another individual that recorded my answers. They require 3 references and they actually do call them.

Question 1
Your coworker is having difficulty getting a child to put on their coat and begins to grab and pull the child, visibly hurting the child, and says that they are going outside without a coat. What would you do?
You are supervising 15 older children by yourself and an angry parent comes in and begins to yell at you regarding something that happened the previous night. What do you do?

Interview
My mother talked to the director's mother and told he I was looking for a job. She told me to come and meet her and I did. Didn't ask any interview questions. Asked me if I can start the next day
Interview process was easy. Not much difficult .interview was not that much formel I was feeling very very comfortable.thier is only two ladies. It was good .I am expecting call.
