Easy, If you're prepared, you're all set. Dress professional, come with multiple resumes. Have a list of questions you would like answered. Ask about recertification and if they handle it for you or if you need to take care of it on your own (lifeguard, cpr, swim instructor).

Testing and questioning on guarding and previous experience. Had to take a crp cert for adults and babys. Also had previous work questioned and a drug test. Pool knowledge was tested as well.
