Submitted resume and cover letter online. Came in and did a demo lesson with the class I was going to teach. Spoke with supervisor for about 30 minutes. Asked me various questions about curriculum and lesson plan design, parent outreach, community involvement and discipline.
It was simple and straight forward. Asked about prior experience, strengths, weaknesses and there were a few additional questions that were asked by the interviewer about specific on the job situation.
If i was describing the interview process id say it was very easy as they just ask you personanlity questions and how you would descalate a situation or work in a team enviornment

Interview
The interview process was positive, the onboarding process is extensive and took 1-2 months before the start date. You should be communicative and diligent in following up regarding the process.
