My interview was given over the phone with the summer camp director. It was easy and informal. The interview was easy to complete. It was a conversational question based format.
It was a panel interview. I think there was only one interview. They asked questions and I was able to get a good understanding of the role and what the job could entail.
Got asked about what 3 items I would take with me on an abandoned island, other than that they asked really long questions about company values and situations where I demonstrated that.
