Fairly brief and simple- simple questions asked. They go through your resume, ask about your previous experiences, etc. For some reason, I was put in a room with 3 women interviewing me at once, one speaking while the others listened in or took turns. So if anything, that was pretty surprising and a little nerve wrecking
