Interview
Via zoom. Took 45min. Friendly interviewer. Was very clear in her questions. Seems interested to know about our strengths.
Explained that after the first interview, if shortlisted. Will be interviewed again.
It was fast and easy! They talked about the roles and what they expect of you right away so you know whether you can handle it or not! The process was very fast as well as they got through processing everything immediately.

Interview
Simple interview process. Professional but polite. Not overwhelming. One to two interviews with executive and C-level staff. Dress expected for the interview is casual formal; there is no reason to have a powersuit unless perhaps interviewing for C-level position. Heavy emphasis on fitting into the Y culture (much more important than interview wardrobe.)
