I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (Cupertino, CA) in Dec 2013
Interview
It was a casual interview. Just me and the interviewer in an office. The questions were basic and easily answerable, and the interviewer was nice and didn't seem as though they were impatient in any way, nor did they push you to answer questions quickly. They were also very attentive and it seemed like they wanted you to get the job. All good people there.
