Interview
After submitting my application, I waited for about a month or so. When I did receive a call to come in for an interview, we decided to set up an interview for the following day. The interview itself was the most pleasant job interview I've experienced in my life because I could see the dedication and passion in the interviewer. She was not only passionate about helping the clients and employees but also helping me understand the organizational environment and culture.

Interview
It was really straightforward and quick. Had a phone screen and then invited in for an in person interview. Team was helpful and responsive, although offer process has been a little slower but I was told that might happen especially this time of year.

Interview
The manager reached out to me, and I was given both a phone call and a Zoom meeting. The conversations were very easy-going, and my previous experience was respected as part of the hiring process. There was no mock personal training session required; I have experience with this elsewhere, and felt it was artificial, so I was happy that it was not required.
The first round was a talk with the manager, and then they wanted me to show they a strength training class. Also, we went through some basic Information about my certification.
