Super easy. If you have experience working with kids (i.e. summer camp counselor) you'll get the position. It's pretty apparent right from the get go if you'll be good with kids or not. Just be yourself and be ready to answer questions about your experience coaching or tutoring in the past as well as any memorable mentors you may have had when you were younger.

It was quick and efficient. The interview was conducted online over video call. There were multiple rounds of interviews. I talked with two different people who were in charge of hiring.
