I applied online. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview was fine or so I thought. I was interviewed by two people (Jaelin and Samantha) (which seemed a lot for a simple front desk position I previously worked but okay). I followed up with them a week later because I hadn't heard anything and when I did they asked for 3 references which I replied back to the email almost immediately. They called all 3 references and then ultimately ghosted me. The very least they could have done was sent a rejection email. But for all of that what even was the purpose of asking for references, just to waste peoples time. 0/10 experience.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at The Y (YMCA) (New York, NY) in Aug 2023
Interview
Applied to a few different YMCA locations. Received an email the next day setting up the time for the interview. Ended up being a Zoom interview. Was very easy, basic questions, lots of situational questions. Didn't take longer than 15 minutes.
