Very relaxed interview process with basic questions about fitness experience, customer service (member service) experience, and general strengths and weaknesses. Expect to show the interviewer around the gym and give an example of how you might set up a workout for a new member. All of the staff are extremely friendly and exhibit the 4 core values: honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility. Try to think of examples of the ways in which you exhibit these values in your own life.
