Was met with enthusiasm from the recruiter and had an interview with the Chief Creative Officer. The interview went well and then there was zero response despite follow-ups. From the long list of awful things a company can do during its recruiting process, I think ghosting is among the worst. I suspect there are larger issues with Omnicom in-general given the state of the advertising industry and the layoff of some of it's Chief Officers. One of the more negative experiences I've had in my career.
