Interview
The interview was direct face to face.
The interview is good, if you know what you worked on, you can easily crack the interview
Algorithm questions were interesting, Design round was a little complex for my experience I didn't do well.
Though the interview went good and I was offered, I guess people who decide on offer don't understand industry standards. Though I clearly stated my package expectations at the start of the discussion, They offered me way less than my expected package.
Theatro, Don't waste our time by calling multiple times and scheduling an interview if the expectations don't match at the start itself.

Interview
First round they took telephonic interview which i cleared and then they call for F2F interview. I found difficulties to search this company in jaynagar, but any how i found. It was in side one building, from outside it doesn't look like any company,but i went inside,i saw only 8-10 seats there and when i asked how many people are there in team,he told 3 people, so it was very very small company, i feel like my own house itself bigger than this, so again they took 2 rounds of interview F2F, i answered most of their questions, but i feel as it was very small company, so they were looking some rocket seience petson who have talent like Amazon or Facebook. So i took it as a experience only, i didn't found any single reason to join there if i got selected over there. These guys just daily use to do time pass with candidate. So personlly i will not suggest to attend this company interview,better to keep some patience and try in some good company where company have their good culture.
