I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Theory (New York, NY) in May 2014
Interview
meet With HR. After that met with all the people I would work with. Got a description of what was required of me. Did a fit test. Was told I was gonna be given an offer within a week.
And they did. Very punctual.
