I was interviewed the site rehab director and company manager. I was asked situational and safety questions, and basic competency questions for patient care. Also discussed professionalism in certain situations.

How would you handle a patient who refused to work with you?
Smooth process with upper management. In person interview reviewing experience and qualifications. There was much back and forth with ensuring that I matched the company's expectations. The whole process lasted around thirty to forty minutes. At the end of the interview, we met with the team.

I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter promptly for a pre-screen call. She was very friendly and asked basic questions to make sure it was mutually beneficial to move forward. She described the position and company and what they were looking for and why. She and asked general questions about my work history and why I was interested in Therapy Specialists. I was invited in for an onsite meeting about a week later and again was welcomed in a very warm manner, asked relevant and thoughtful questions and left feeling like it was a company I wanted to work with but more importantly, PEOPLE I wanted to work with. It was a very good candidate experience in that there was transparency and the recruiter set expectations through every step of the process.
