Started with the recruiter who was not a scientist. Explained in general terms about my resume. Mover on to the Hiring Manager. We had a relaxed, easy flowing conversation. She asked a lot about previous assay experience.

Interview
The interview was in a virtual setting, since it took place during the pandemic. The questions asked were based on lab experience and situations. In addition, a brief job description was given. I would say the interview was reallystraightforward.

I went through an initial phone screening with a recruiter from their talent department and had an interview scheduled with the hiring manager within a week. I had to decline the job because the recruiter forget to mention that the job would require relocation. Interview was cut short.
