First Telephonic Discussion with HR regarding the Position and product range, Then Detailed discussion regarding product portfolio and position with Line manager, Then Previous experience and knowledge, abilities. etc. and lastly financial discussion with HR.

Interview
Complete procedure took 1 month with initial screening followed by HR round on telephone. After few days there was a panel interview and formal discussion with county head. Whole procedure was very smooth and comfortable.
