I applied online. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific (San Jose, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
Phone screened by recruiter and hiring manager. Scheduled to meet with a number of business line staff and HR. Had three different dates that they interviews were scheduled. Over a period of three weeks was scheduled for a number of interviews. Was told that I would hear from them after a company holiday on the status of the interview. Never heard from anyone again. Spent a good number of hours away from my work to interview, and they way I was treated was so against the grain of the culture they had described. It was extremely disappointing experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They described several different scenario's and how I would address them.
A comprehensive and interactive process that allows both of us to gain a thorough understanding of each other. The whole process is very professional, but the working load sounds intensive.

Question 1
Can you describe your approach to managing employee relations and resolving conflicts?
Recruiter was nice and proactive, would move fast and asked to clear calendar right away then wouldn't hear back for a while. Did feel like they were transparent about the process to a point.
The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Thermo Fisher Scientific
Interview
Process was very long with too many people. A few interviewers were no shows during scheduled times. Had high hopes with this company - very disappointing / I wouldn’t recommend.
