The process was about nine weeks total. Initial interviews were done via phone or video, these lasted about an hour each. There were long unexplained lapses in communication between the interviews. In addition there undue delays around feedback provided about said interviews and the possibility of follow on steps and follow up scheduling processes to move to further rounds. The final round involved an on-ground interview at a ThermoFisher facility where I met with two separate panels for a total of two hours. I then met with a Senior Operational manager and toured the facility. The final interview was a quick meet and greet with a senior leader who closed the loop regarding my candidacy then. Since there was travel required for the on ground interviews I was asked to submit reimbursable expenses per their internal guidelines. I did this in a very timely manner and even left off a couple of small items. To this date the expenses have not been paid. In addition no member of the company team called to close the loop, a very short email noting disposition was sent.
