Unprofessional.
Changed roles and responsibilities of the JD during 2nd interview.
HR personnel kept hijacking the other interviewer's air time in asking more relevant questions.
On the question of career development plan, HR said that it's up to employee and subjected to opportunity.
Isn't career development part of staffing strategy by HR? Is HR not involved at all?
