Unfortunately, nothing to describe. I have been referred twice to the same position by a manager, I received 0 response from HR. Both of the time, the hiring has been frozen, and closed the position without hiring anyone. Couple months later, the position has been opened again, and I've received a "cold" DM on another social media site, if I would be interested, I politely told them the story.
