It was meh - I answered all of the questions without stuttering or any grammatically incorrect sentence but was still rejected. This is for the oral English test. As for the written test, I passed on the first try, it was just a pretty basic writing of a formal email for a company.

It was more of a conversation about life so that they can gauge how well versed the applicant is in speaking English properly and formally so it will differ for each applicants.

It was the first round an HR call with general questions on myself and proficiency in Dutch. HR explained the role clearly and answered my questions patiently. Also described the benefits and support in detail for the role.

Rigid interview process. You would need to pass a verbal english test and a written test one and then proceed to interview with a hiring manager. The interview was average and you are expected to answer in PARLA method
