Had a very generic phone screen with HR. Went very well. Was scheduled to interview with two Senior Manager who were very polite and easy to talk to. Upon starting the interview they asked me to create a presentation that was based on a word problem that demonstrated my understanding of Clinical Trials. I had a very limited knowledge of Clinical trails and was lost in the ask so i respectfully backed out. It would have been nice to have a little more warning on the interview style and discuss the clinical side further in the original HR screen.
