Ich musste mehrere Gespräche führen, ings. 6 mit immer einer höheren Ebene des Managements. Mir kam es so vor als ob keiner so richtig Entscheidungsfähig wäre. Die Fragen waren auch eher standard und nicht wirklich spezifiisch. Allgemein wurde nur wenig Interesse gezeigt.

Missleading, inaccurate, not realistic. promised everything and delivered nothing. Very sad I was so hopeful and happy to try and have a career there but it was a was of time and so much stress.

Honestly dont remember but they were just S.T.A.R questions.
It was a terrible interview process. Made me do several rounds of interviews with a constant rotation of recruiters. Incredibly unprofessional with no updates for months. Only decided to close my application when I followed up. One of the interviewers was also incredibly negative about his experience at Thermofisher Scientific, often commenting, "people here aren't future-forward thinking".
This is bureaucracy at its finest, and I would recommend anyone applying to Thermofisher Scientific to have a 10-foot pole distance from them. They will make you go through a roller coaster for nothing.
Phone screen with the recruiter, then a video call, followed by an on site panel interview. The panel interview had 5 different people in 30 minute blocks, with potential coworkers and HR.
