Had 3 interviews. First was with the person who would manage the role. Second was with other Design Leads on the team. Third interview was with agency design leadership. Job offer was rescinded the night before my start date due to budget cuts. No offer of compensation/severance. Process felt dismissive and unprofessional in the way it was handled.
